Samsung. You still never listen or pretend stupid... I want Note Edge but you dont want to launch it in Malaysia together with Note4. I have no choice to grab Note 4 which is really not innovative and not inspire me at all the design. You shit and launch it few months later. Do you know that i am not uncle Benny as i cannot change my phone every month. The permission from my home minister is one top phone every year.

Again.... again....this time you will launch the Note 5 only with S6 edge+ which is w/o a dick... sorry without stylus...where is your Note Edge2? Do you know how angry and dissapointed I am now.. I may consider again whether to buy Note 5 this year. Increase 4GB Ram. Faster processor and no SD slot is kinda kidding me though...nothing special and no driver for me to change from Note4 to Note5 at all. Unless your stylus has magic i can write it in the air or table and display on the Note5 screen.....

The designer or the project leader of Note5 should be fired by now. I would say that many Note4 supporters will wait for Note6 rather than changing from Note4 to Note5. I am one of them. The design totally not inspire. Where is Wow or Unique effect?

When Note6 about to launch, perhaps i will not select and support Note6 anymore if Apple has stylus pen at that time. Now the IOS 9 also has multi window like Note after Apple follow the market trends to have big screen at 5.5" product. Not surprice stylus pen will come out also with their big screen product in near future.

But unker told me that i trade in my note 4 + rm900 for a s6edge was a good deal (back when s6edge was still around 2.8k) cry.gif cry.gif

Means im not a friend cry.gif
*
The trade in price of Note4 is damn good at 1.9k. I think we only can sell it now at 1.5k only or could be lower.

Different type of products. If you use S-pen most of the time and taking a lot of notes, no doubt N4 is still better in term of functionality.

I am waiting for Note Edge 2..... dont know Samsung is hearing or not.....sad.

Agree, my aunt's using s6 edge and I did compare the edge function of both note edge and s6 edge. Well, everything about appearance and design of that curve along with its "colourful function" s6 edge took the lead. See #1 and #2: http://www.androidcentral.com/galaxy-s6-ed...y-can-do#slide2

The lead has stopped when she kept complaining to me about that she got an s6 edge because she thought it would have shared same functions with the note edge.

This is why i am very angry and dissapointed with Samsung. They launched Note Edge was organized 3 months later after launch of N4 but they claimed Note Edge would not be in Malaysia when launching N4. Then, no choice i grab Note4 the launch day.

Now...... again...... Note Edge 2 not even in our sight instead of S6 Edge +... What the heck I want so big screen without a pen.....?!

From N3 to N4, the shade of N4 and the feel when hold it will give you "Wow!!"effect... N4 is so premium look and metal solid feel. When look at N5 from the photo.... hmmmm... is it iphone or something ordinary phone in the market? Every time launch of Note series I was so excited except this N5.

Let see what Samsung will bring to us on 13-Aug. If the N5 is purely a new gadget with faster processor, bigger RAM and higher screen resolution then Samsung will be in big trouble for business as this is normal upgrade for the launch of new generation phone. There is no driver and motilivation for N4 user to change. Why? We need innovative product just like what you Samsung introduced N1 and N2 to the market few years ago.

Just read the unpacked video.... they keep emphasizing the big screen from the begining. It sounds like they are keep promoting iphone 6+..........Anyway, the user experience in using S pen, multi windows and etc. should be better than N4. Let see....

Uncle... 15Aug is open for booking right? Otherwise it is really damn fast. I will try it in SG next week if so. The S Pen and functionality are still attractive to me though as i use it daily for business purpose.

I would like to have an Spen tat is full size yet can write like an actual pen. The only one i heard off is Mont Blanc one but tat pen is rare, expensive and hard to been seen in Malaysia.

What i hate most about Spen is the size so small and i always accidentally click on the button during writing notes.
*
I think Samsung Note 10 or 8 will suit you most with bigger S Pen.

makes me worry more whether to get note 4 or the note 5(barely can get), since based on what i've read and saw on all those long term reviews, all saying that the note 4 lags every now and then  sad.gif
*
That's true N4 (Android) lag a bit sometime not all the time if compare with N3 (4.4.4). Probably need faster processor to render the high resolution screen. I feel like WTF the N3 is still smooth after about 3 years old. Lagging a bit when scolling the screen probably due to the high resolution screen.

One of the reasons to make me think of upgrade to N5 now. Especially the S pen features which are very very useful in my daily business and operations. The performance of battery is key consideration to me as well. N4 is not performing well also if compare to N3 in term of SOT. Similar tweak to the N4 and N3 (w/o greenify or other battery saving apps), N3 can easily to achieve SOT 5~6hrs whereby N4 only 4~4.5hrs. We dont need fast charging gadget but we need the battery which can at least give SOT 5hrs then it will be good for average daily use with only one charge per day.

Perhaps i am trying to convince myself that the unremovable battery and no SD card slot are only the trend of the future high end phone design. I got to accept it. I have personnel cloud system so it is not a big deal. Battery wise, the N3 is still performing well like new after ~3years life till now therefore I think that it is slightly giving confident to me.

So let see if next week i can try the N5 in SG to confirm buy or wait....

Aiya.. just ask yourself that how many battery you had already changed for your Note1, Note2, Note3 or Note4. For myself, N1 have changed 1 time the battery. I believe the original bettery is still good at 80% of original status as after the replacement the performance of new battery is slightly different only. The N3 belong to my wife now is still performing well for lasting for than 2 days. My N4 can only last for a day only. No N2 in my family as we skip it. So I believe that the reliability and technology of battery today possibility will give designer a confident towards the unremovable battery direction.

Even Android M come out also will not upgrade to my N4. Same like N3 of my wife it is still 4.4.4. Say no to Lollipop. So far no complaint from her.

It was really bad experience with the last os to be deployed as usually it will make the phone laggy and make you to change phone.. My N1 kena once. It is same like what Apple did to when lauched the IOS 7. Many old apple phones IP4 and IP5 lag and forcing them to change to new phone.

what is the major difference anyway between KitKat and Lollipop?
*
One interface is black (kitkat) one is white (Lollipop). And lollipop give you very nice feature: head up notification which cannot disable one.....Anytime your message from 2nd girl friend will pop up in front of you while you are reading the phone with your wife.

Lollipop is a big fail product ever from Google and making so much integration problem for Samsung high end product...In my opinion Kitkat is still the best.

Lousy feedback on 5.1.1 - most of them revert back to BOE3 5.0.1

Then revert back to kitkat is even better. Damn!
