More or less the same in term of stability. Only Lollipop has irritating white interface, battery power hunger and better look feeling.Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Official Thread V9, 5.1.1 Rolling out in Malaysia

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Aug 30 2015, 11:01 AM) Then you can continue to use Lollipop.. we dont argue on this topic basically it purely the favorite or preference of consumer to the Lollipop or Kitkat. For me i like Kitkat more than Lollipop. This post has been edited by edtai: Aug 30 2015, 11:50 AM |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Aug 30 2015, 02:43 PM) true, we're free to use anything we want. and yes, I'm aware generally Kitkat is generally preferred over Lollipop by many from lag, colour scheme to even battery performance concerns. Well... dont make e-payment thru internet by credit card. Indeed paypal is alternative. Do'nt store too many your personnel info inside the phone if you dont really trust the system. I'm just highlighting that it's still a security risk. there are many other vulnerabilities and bugs. this is why Samsung has recently committed to (I think) monthly commitment to have security patches released. I'm using note 2 and my main concern now is the lack of patches. it's "forced" me to consider updating even though I feel the phone is working fine. I'm quite security aware and conscious, but still... never hurts to be extra concerned. I have not facing any security problem of the system. Make sure you don' install any apps that's not provided from playstore. Never ever click to those website link that is suspected vuluable to your system. If the hacker really want to hack your phone, I believe it is even more easier than PC system regardless your system is Kitkat or Lollipop. |

Lol.. planning to full format now as phone running not stable. It will autolock sometime by itself before reaching the screen lock time. Also, jagging when scrolling from one window to another window.

QUOTE(0300078 @ Sep 16 2015, 04:48 PM) Guys I am very satisfied with the recent update but there is a bug for me. I notice my phone now tends to lock itself (require pattern unlock or pin unlock) even with me setting the phone to lock in 10min. Same with mine after update. I am thinking to backup and full format tonight. |

QUOTE(yuluvme @ Sep 24 2015, 07:25 PM) Haha. Mine don't have. If your Note 4 is first batch I think any glass you use will have halo. Cause mine ain't first batch and I am using my 3rd one also. All 3 no problem. ^^ Same to mine which is 1st badge. So I dont care with the hollow edge. Just use it.. by the way it is pasar malam one cost only RM12. Not a big deal. |
