Same feeling bro, in fact I've waited for Note 5 to replace my Note 3 but if the rumors turn out to be true, then I have to wait and see what LG G4 Pro (Note) or Huawei Mate 8 will bring. I can live with non-replaceable battery but non expandable memory is not acceptable for me. Thing I'll miss is the S-Pen function, especially the scrapbook. Using it almost everyday.

Performance is better than kitkat
Battery life depends on how you use your phone
I would say 4 to 5 hours SOT is common while some had reported 5 to 6 hours
Me on custom rom easily 6 to 7 hours

Ive disabled shit loads of apps. Seems like it didnt really work..
