Getting Started

QUOTE(Noobi3 @ Sep 28 2015, 06:58 PM) Huh ? So high ? 2.1k , might as well add 200-300 more to get Note 5 . Look around garage sales or look for a seller , DrAlex88 , got a unit from him after merdeka for 1.9k new sme .
I saw that thread. Unfortunately the 1.9k was just a one time last unit deal I guess they're encouraging sales of Note5 by keeping the Note4 price high? A lot of users are flipping over the whole no extra batt no extra memory scandal. You can actually get Note5 for 2.3k on 11street. Compared to 2.1k for Note4 lol. What to do , MYR dropping , RRP is the same but dealer's cost went up with the new stock .

Wanna ask bout this Note4......Note4 hardware support 64 bit, right? But why it run at 32 bit? I use many apps to check like antutu, aida64, CPU-Z, Samsung INFO.....all stated 32 bit. If Note4 hardware really support 64 bit why it still run at 32 bit?

QUOTE(surefire v LED @ Sep 29 2015, 08:19 PM) So far as for the governor don't use the "Ondemand" & "BioShock" combo - it will give you random reboot for no reason. whats your kernel config? care to share?

Without it , your car cant move . Stock ecu is good but then , after ecu reflash aka custom kernel , we can expect a better performance + fuel saving in our cars and even speed limit cut aka CPU speed in our phones . Same goes to kernel , better batt & performance if the kernel is done correctly . Synapse is used to control the kernel in detail . Best to leave it stock as it is unless u know what you're doing . While stock doesnt allow u to adjust anything , custom kernel will allow u to do so . Eg USB charging speed . Stock is 550mah if i'm not mistaken but with custom kernel , u can actually increase it higher so u get a shorter time charging using usb
