Company issue invoice to oversea company can be in RM?

This is because client in paid in NZD while our invoice is in RM.

Company no wish to have foreign exchange gain or loss, whether it is okay? any excess money paid by client set off with next billing?

MFRS 121 and PR 2019 (LHDN) is acceptable?

my uneducated guess,...
MYR is considered to be a restricted currency, which implies an inherent limitation to the tradability of this currency. Fund transfers in this currency are not allowed outside of Malaysia.

thus your overseas customers are NOT able to pay you in MYR as per your invoice payment currency = MYR

you will need to invoice in most probably USD. check with your bank to determine if NZD is acceptable or not.

some local BANKs has service charges to for converting that currency and bank into your local bank...check with your bank for the rate of the service charge

your answer not so accurate because NDZ - USD - MYR. After conversion, we are still receive the MYR. some company straight use no gain or loss

Normally, co tax is handed by their tax agents or accountants, so I dont see a need for such specific thread.
