Facing problem to register for first timer. My experienced.


1: I registered for http://edaftar.hasil.gov.my/ and successful. It provided me no rujukan.

2: Try to register e-filling https://ez.hasil.gov.my/CI/ Here we go.
I unable to register e-filling because of No Pin.

I read the guide said that there are 3 options to get Pin No.

First, thru online (where link given was error) failed.

2nd, thru phone. I tried to call and the customer service said that for first time logger, there's no other way to get the Pin No unless do 3rd option.

3rd, visit LHDN branch.

Okay, fine.

Today, LHDN opened counter to assist e-filling thingy at Dataran Maybank.

I went there. Que, pass the form. The officer said I didn't register anything. Bla bla bla. He tried to call the office that person didn't pick up.

He said can register but office didn't phone call. Okay.
Then he said you no need to register because you still not required to pay the tax. Then I said, I come here to declare.

He checked again and ask my email address, help me to provide Pin No, tomorrow.

I don't know why so hard to get Pin No and why some of my friends manage to get Pin No. Why we still need to go to LHDN office just to generate Pin No?

So, I suggest for first timer, directly go to LHDN office. They open on weekend.

yes they do. their office said that. you can go to nearest utc as well.
