It's stated under 1 C

I presumed you're referring to Section B: Pendapatan Penggajian, Manfaat dan Tempat Kediaman (tidak termasuk elaun/perkuisit/pemberian/manfaat yang dikecualikan cukai)

Section B is all taxable.

1 © is Tip kasar/perkuisit/penerimaan sagu hati atau elaun lain (perihal pembayaran)

btw....this permohonan can amend declare taxes back to how many years?
can one revise the declared income tax submission back few years?

ex....let says I did not deduct some deductibles on my BE 2 years ago....I kena taxed RM1000 and already paid for.
now 2 yrs later...I found the receipts...can I amend the 2 yrs old BE...so that can claim back some money?

if yes,..how many years can back track?
7 yrs as required for the document saving period?

I saw 2015 to 2018
But I'm not sure you can still amend for 2015 to 2017.

http://www.hasil.gov.my/bt_goindex.php?bt_...=5000&bt_sequ=6

From the above link:

Amendment After Submission Of Form (From Year Of Assessment 2009)

A. Amendment Submitted Before Deadline for Submission of Return Form
B. Amendment Within 6 Months from Due Date for Submission of Form

I guess only that year of assessment only.

It also mentioned that amendments allowed for either under-declared income and/or over-claimed relieves but no mentioned of under-claimed relieves:

B.1 Income under declared / not declared
B.2 Expenses / other claims over claimed
B.3 Capital allowances / incentives / reliefs over claimed

for example: income like FD interest, share dividend...need to fill in at section B?

Interest from FD is tax exempted.
Shares dividend has been taxed upfront under single tier taxation system

No action required for both.

Just dig out your EA forms and fill it accordingly.
If you're not in the taxable range, you no need to be worry at all.

Can use for tax relief under lifestyle?

Grey area unless your telco divided the bill into how much goes to mobile broadband and how much goes to others (calls/SMS/VAS/etc).

Yes, allowed.
You have ticked the section for parental care relief. You need to use the field above that for medical expenses.
Note: if you don't have other siblings, it's better that you claim for parental care relief over the medical expenses.
*
Got supporting document on this?
I couldn't find the relevant document nor article explaining such claim methodology is permissible.

can I ask for rental declaration, how does it work?

if i my rental is 2K but my installment is 4K a month, in this case i don't even need to declare in BE, right?
*
Only interest can be counted as expanses for rental income deduction. Not full repayment amount or principal reduction.
Check your loan statement.

Just to provide further clarification to my earlier comment.. It could be better if you claim for parental relief if your parents fall under the requirements to qualify for that relief (e.g. age, etc).. You could be reducing up to 3k from your taxable over the RM 500 from the medical expenses..
This is from Borang Penerangan BE by LHDN

But it doesn't say that it's permissible for the same parents, child B who didn't claim for F2b can claim for F2a right when Child A has claimed for F2b?

Am I missing anything?

A lot of people get confused when they thought that the income tax has already been taken care of by the deduction of PCB from their salaries. They have assumed that taxes have already been paid and no need to pay tax any more.
This is WRONG! Totally WRONG!

Do I still need to pay tax if I am paying PCB every month?

I think he's referring to MTD as final tax introduced back in 2017/2018.
