Yes but usually it will take some time. Usually I will check the e-ledger online to find out if it has been processed.

The Bayaran Balik amount has been updated in the lejar. I guess we will get the refund by next week.

If you click further in, there’s a Baki Cukai Boleh Dibayar Balik. That’s when it’s ready for refund soon.

That's the amount one have to pay to LHDN.

If it's a tax refund, it will say LEBIHAN BAYARAN TAHUN TAKSIRAN 2020.

The digital certificate renewal screen supposed to pop up (https://ez.hasil.gov.my/ci/Panduan/Latest/PanduanCI_PembaharuanSijilDigital_e%20V3.2.pdf). I managed to renew mine few days before. Try clear your cache and see if it works.
