if pay LHDN tax using PB visa signature will eligible for 6% cash rebate?

I make my payment online via CC at 6 april, but until today it not yet updated at e-ledger. is it that slow?

For the payment that we make, why when i click on the receipt at the e-ledger page, it prompt out new windows but in the receipt there is blank? Nothing is inside it for example Name, IC etc
