i think tax position will be slightly more on technical side as you will need to be quite good at the tax ruling etc.. assurance will be more on communication, PR and writing skills.. this is bcos audit requires u to document down stuff , deal with client a lot etc.. furthermore, i think most firm hire more assurance staff than tax.. so i think tax position interview will be slightly longer.. and most likely the interview will last for about half to an hour.. just be ready and confident.. hehe
