my friend wants to study CAT in UITM via program profesional.
She's SPM 2009 leaver and received LCCI pangkat 1/distinction.

So right now she's totally worried if CAT will be a so damn hard subject to study. Will she have leisure time or really need to ganbatte ganbatte to death?

Simply enough, which is harder to learn? CAT or law?

The problem :
We calculate our Parents/Subsidiary Goodwill with Retained earnings at acquisition date. WHAT IF post acquisition Retained earning given only? how do we calculate our goodwill at acquisition ?
