I recommend Autosurf for game clients/top up cards. I play at home in USJ as well. All servers are in the US, so there wont be much of a diff latency wise. Logically, low pop servers (which are boring) will give u a slightly better ping than high pop ones in certain areas. However, you will need to have a 218.xxx.xxx ipaddress to play (300-500 ping). I dont even bother playing if im not on a 218.xxx connection. Fortunately, it is pretty easy in USJ to get a 218.xxx connection (most of the time i can get 218.xxx connection after 1 reconnect)

PS. Grow a pair and play on a PVP server !
