How tall r u? 60kg is not very heavy unless u r very short (I m short and weigh 68kg) Why would you need fat burner? Start working out and you will burn the excess fat away, if still not satisfied then start calorie deficit regime

Forget bout the fat burner, u r underweight. Just lift heavy and regularly. Fatso also develop muscles just that it's hidden under a layer of lemak.

Imo fat ppl easier to develop muscles just not so noticeable until they lower their fat%. Skinny ppl difficult to add weight so after a few mths progress will stall.

Btw 178cm @ 60kg, u r more of an ectomorph then an endomorph so you should think about gaining weight not losing weight

Only good if you're below 15% bodyfat.

I have done it with bf >15%. Are you going to throw some scientific research to say that it's impossible?

I'm surprised that I'm 18% body fat now...was like 25% 2 months ago tongue.gif

Thinking of going to like 15% because apparently it's easier to gain more muscle (compared to fait) when bulking at lower body fat. I'm not entirely sure about this actually hmm.gif

if you have gone through multiple cycles of bulking and cutting it's not impossible. if this you first time, you have to get your macros right during bulking. that said I'm not saying you bulk excessively to the point >20% BF.

It seems empirically that once body fat gets to the 15% range or so for men, fat gains tend to accelerate during mass gaining phases.

Of course it's possible, but I'm just saying it's not a wise thing to do.

Thanks for the link Armesh. Didn't know Lyle Mcdonald wrote about that. He's very knowledgeable in the field of nutrition smile.gif
