Which hotfix driver? Try the latest 16.3 driver and uninstall your current driver normally from Control Panel, select Restart Later and then use latest DDU.

Mine is technically an i7 bro, slightly slower than i7-3770 but without iGPU.

Yeah that what i expect or at least give option to change to other similar tier card. I read good rep about MSI warranty around the world  where they offered few options or simply give a free upgrades.  like 280x to 390.

NFS is smoother now with rare dips compare to last week and CPU utilization is higher for me. Not sure if it's the driver or game update or both.

Yep, Trials game only 10 hours. Subscribed just to give it a test but currently hooked up to BF4 Premium and Titanfall.
Should be doable without TAA enable i think.
