Found out that one of my card with credit disappeared from my account (previously added into the account).
Luckily i have the card and went over to nearest to check if the balance is still there. Surprisingly the cashier told me that balance is still there, but card status is unregistered. I went back and re-add back the same card, and can see the balance reflected in my account with the "new" card. Have to be very cautious with them especially for this round migration... 🤦🏻♂️ eg. birthdate is not migrated, everyone has to manually update their birthdate... 🤦🏻♂️ |
