swiped (purchased drink, not reloading SB card) at Starbucks (MCC: 5813) @ Sunway Pyramid (main entrance), Maybank CS said it's under Dining cashback for m2card Amex.

only way to know is from Sep bill statement to come.

remember this Dining is under MCC 5813, ngamngam under m2card amex cashback category. may not be eligible for other cards' Dining category which excludes MCC 5813.

HLB Wise excludes MCC 5813 mah. PBB VS covers it, but no one reported swiping at Pyramid outlet though.

yesterday, i asked the barista if i can use my ucard to get the points from previous customer barista said can, but need to know the receipt number, which is why they always swipe ucard back-to-back after generating the receipt, so the POS can capture.

of course they do swipe the card, to capture the ucard serial number mah. if not, how do they credit u the bpoints leh?

the 10% discount is based on the POS option. most of the baristas immediately know the "10% discount" when they see the bright orange ucard. again, they dont compare details, just swipe and go.

at starbucks pyramid, the menu doesnt show Tall size, but you can order it. they got the xmax/red tall cup available.

it has Coffee Bean Card too, has reload system using cc (via ipay88).

i see only points. 5 Bean Points for every RM1 spent. 5 Bean Points is equivalent to 5 cents in value.

im doing this: use umobile bcard for 10%, get bpoints, and pay via SB card.

for cash, iinm, the staff will reload to SB card, then pay from SB card.
