All the while I redeemed birthday cake every month by created each month of SB card, it valid from your first transaction until the next month.

Example: registered new card for birthday month of March 2016, transaction on 20 March, so the complimentary birthday cake will be valid from 20 March - 20 April and it was successfully, have redeemed since last year

However, by doing this matter on April 2016 too, transaction on 22 April, suppose valid until 22 May, was told that the complimentary birthday cake is only valid on the month itself, no longer valid one month by first transaction

If your tracker date is showing until 19 June, you can then redeem it before 19 June

* All complimentary items are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance except birthday privilege which is to be
redeemed within the birthday month


Of course the MSR programmers wasn't informed properly as usual. Typical information breakdown between Marketing team and IT team

in the pass no problem redemption before tracker expiry date but after birthday month.

However, not sure whether SB has upgrade system about complimentary birthday cake or what??

Personally I have redeemed each of the months of birthday cake since last year August 15 until March 16, however, month of April unable to redeem due to only can redeemed within the birthday month, said by outlet staff

When they started, it was within Birthday Month, then change to 30 days on the date of Reward activation.... the FAQ is probably not updated or the IT team not updated.

since everyone is complaining, they should also update their mobile app. for god's sake almost one year old already. I wonder if they have limited budget for the IT team sweat.gif

I have facing super slow in SB Mobile App when transferring the fund, do you encounter this also ??

Not sure because of my account added too many cards, so need some time to loading hmm.gif
