Guys need help here, I got this game because of the new race au ra, got it on the ps 4, but when I try creating the new character the race au ra is grey out, anyone know what's the deal???

You need the Heavensward expansion and it'll launch tomorrow.

Is a bundle disc got it from a game store it comes with the heavensward, is already launch, sad..

did you install the expansion 1st?

Yes of course is the whole thing all in one I don't have a choice not to install it

log in mogstation and see if you account status is like under the pic or not

does he need to finish main story quest or anything?

nah he cant create a new charracter with Au Ra race
assume that he got the bundle disc
maybe he just start playing
