can someone explain to me the warranty given by AP phone

let say ibuy this phone at KL, n the phone got problem,is it mean i can only send to the shop that i bought this handphone for warranty?

the seller say black is old model n silver is new 1
i dun believe,but i go check their firware 1 by 1..
all black 1 is v3,silver 1 is version 4...

so i buy silver 1..

can any one help me?

use which software to watch?
is it have to install the so called "smart movie"?

when i play RM file thru real player,i can only hear sound but
no image show,theere is msg,can tplay this file n aks me whether
wana to play partialy?
