guys, my BT speed suddenly shot up from 0 to 140KB/s. Im on 1M package in Old Klang Road, KL area using BitComet.

It's 2.59 p.m

Running on 60.* which is being fully throttled

I saw this 219.* and 218.* they still can download freely

My area since getting 60.* ip connection close error now working back normally using PAW GUI

my bt is still down i haven;t been able to d/l anything since the earthquake i can't even connect to the tracker for the torrents limewire also down.my life is ruin

just now my IP was 60.xxxx & can get 140KB/s download speed

after re-starting my PC, I got IP 218.xxxx but im getting 0 download speed now.

my 1 suddenly back to speed too >.>"

I can usually get 30-60KBps on my 512k package, but it takes a while. And my download all comes from fellow malaysian peers, so yeah I cant connect to those overseas.

just out of curiousity :

i have no problem connecting to international peers/trackers, but even with 100+ peers combined my DL speed is ranging from 0-5kbs. With local peers connected it will fluctuate between 10-40kbs ( big gap =.= ).

is my connection being throttled? want to blame earthquake but seems strange. my firned living in the same city ( diff side tho ) can get 70+ kbs DL speed with international peers. other friends seem to have no problem with thier BT .. seems that i'm the only guy who is getting gay speed.

Weird..why suddenly can go up till 41kb/s

I'm using utorrent for local trackers and bitcomet for international..
wonder y my bitcomet canot run for local trackers..

Blast my bit torrent is running at 3kbps only...pls help me....

Guys, maybe you all should check the dynamic IPs that you get in ur area
I found out that only certain IPs can get BT to work at high speeds in my area
