you ever been throttled ??

IIRC d3x has been throttled once, but was removed for quite some time.

I wish I was in in his shoes, I've been throttled like crap for a month and a half already.

Is it possible he got unthrottled because he changed his aztech modem (that lame blue poor excuse of a modem tmnet gives to all users)?

my internet line never been unthrottled since last two months.

NAHHHHH~ Believe me, I tried every single brand of modem that I can think of on my PC. More or less same speed.

Mine is throttled as well, though it ranges spike from 10 to 50kb/s, once in a while some super high speed JPN seeder/peer will go through, give me 60+... but it happen so rare >_<

just now morning got good speeds on proxies.

around 130kbps..

now is 0.5kbps on 219.95 ip

25kb/s download and Upload limited to 35kb/s

most people i think experienced rather comfortable download speed...better than last time around....at least got a little breathing space....
