Fasting from BT bout 2 months ady, but today decide to try again due to lots of my fav TV episodes came out. I'm shocked, for the first time utorrent kick in full blast at 55 kB/s with my RM66 package. No proxy, no proxomitron needed. Hope this will last. BTW, it's 3.30AM now and utorrent already running for 2 hours straight.

Edit: Forgot to mention, no local peers in peer list. Downloading full speed from intl peers. rclxms.gif

something going on with streamyx. The speed is now reversed. I'm getting not more than 20kb downloading from local peers but max my speed downloading from international peers. WTH is going on? BTW, I'm on 512 package and it has been like this for 4 days.

EDIT: Typo

I guess it's not local peer download which got throttle but the upload is. Just now one of the seeder is from jaring and my connection to him alone max at 45kb but all others tmnet peers around 0.1-1.5kb only. BT on streamyx is going to end soon.

yep. only the same ip block is not affected. eg, u'll get a quite decent speed when you're on let say 60.53.xx.xx and connected to someone else from 60.53.xx.xx also. Other than that, we're screwed by TM the NUT.
