Download speed 20-30 kBs (normal time) Download speed 60-100++ kBs (after 1am to 7 am). I have to on my pc overnight to download P2P stuffs. |

Just enable the encryption in utorrent settings. Actually I don't know why, maybe StreamyX throttling system down for a while. Now only get 20-30kb/sec. Heh
