I dun want to bother their personal life... manage to get izdihar just now..i demand them to rectify the leakage first...other minor defects can be done later(politic only).. i will ask the contractor to check on other defects also nnt...

How about the gates itself? are you going to re use the original gate or replaced with new one?

U can do the ponding test but do no exceed the toilet bowl level. Water proof only done in shower area (according to sime darby contractor) by the way do we know bout this? Sime Darby should explain this unless owner wont know....

It took almost a month b4 they contact my..last saturday they fix the water leakage by put some sealer...im not sure the content of the sealer.. they also fix the kitchen socket... which not connected properly by the electrician b4.

Coming saturday they want to fix the rest of my complaint...

I have question regarding your electric bill.

Mine on Sept is RM4.XX only... then suddenly raise to RM590.00 in October(i haven't move in there yet)...

I report to TNB and the came to check yesterday..it caused by leakage in the electric main board by around 7-9 KW..not sure the measurement mentioned by TNB correct or not...

Also, im not sure that leakage berjangkit to all electrical device such as refrigerator...tv..dvd player..i've tested it using test pen...all got power leakage...
I call the samsung taiko from Bukit tinggi to check my peti ais luckily its not damage and he suggest me to shut off the peti ais.. has anyone encounter this?

And can i claim the RM500 bill electric from SD?

Wow. RM 590? What do they mean by leakage? 7-9kW is quite substantial. Is it 7-9kW/hr?

Im not sure bout the measurement unit... :-) may be it is it 7-9kW/hr

And mind to share how did you manage to check using test pen?

Just touch the test pen to the steel part of the device...and if there is a leakage the bulb in the test pen will on...

Just fill in the DRF. I'm sure they have to entertain your problem.

TNB cant do anything because the board and wiring done by SD. TNB only check on the reading meter only...
