anyone seen there are cows walking around in elmina west at night?
I saw 5-6 cows 2 days ago. the poops are all over middle of road and no one cleans it... I wonder why SD allows it and this will be a concern for residents in elmina... This post has been edited by maxston: Oct 31 2018, 11:34 PM Attached thumbnail(s)
