I placed my booking for EG1C last weekend.

I have been contemplating between EG1 & Eco,so I did a bit of research and since im working in Damansara Perdana, EG1 seems to be nearer by 13km once DASH is completed.

EG1 - DP = 22km
Eco - DP = 35km

EG1 - DASH = 8km
DASH - DP = 12km

If EG has direct access(hopefully only for residence) to Saujana Utama which is 2km away, then Puncak Alam is less than 8km away.

Anyone know when SDP will develop commercial development between EG & EV? That 5km stracthhh..

I measure the distance on Google Maps. innocent.gif

But the measurement is almost precise as Prolintas advertise the whole DASH will be 21KM. My measurement is 20.5km.

DASH exits

Penchala
Mutiara Damansara - 600m
Mutiara Damansara Toll - 2.8km
Kenanga -4.4km
Surian - 5.6km
RRIM Toll - 7.4km
RRIM Toll - 8km
Subang Airport -8.6km
Subang 2 - 9.5km
Galaksi - 10.6km
Kg Melayu Subang -11.4km
Denai Alam - 12.6km
Denai Alam toll - 14.9km
Alam Suria - 16km
Puncak Perdana - 20.5km


But the distance will be +/- with actual.

Sime Darby very slow in developing commercial activities... you guys have to rely on saujana utama commercial activities for a very long time... in term of route to DP....
u have to drive to those roads to do actual comparison instead of just distance... the same 8km from EG1 to DASH may not be the same time taken compare from Eco to DASH exit.... not sure from EG1 to nearest DASH exit hows the route like... from eco to DASH exit is definitely a breeze... one straight road ahead til exit... maybe there's two or three traffic lights in between but not really any impact to the traffic after the whole persiaran mokhtar dahari road upgrades are done...

Taking into consideration of distance from EG1 - 5KM on Elmina road, 5km on GCE and 12km on DASH and total of 22KM... EG to DP will hopefully be a breeze as well.. Hard to predict until it is all completed.. But even after persiaran moktar dahari road upgrade, it will also subject to the increase of population within puncak alam..

Do u have a unit in Eco grandeur? biggrin.gif

Total distance : 5KM + 5KM + 12KM = 22KM  >> 2 DASH TOLL

Opt 2 : EG -> Guthrie 13KM to Kampung Melayu Subang DASH interchange (Toyota centre at Jln Sg. Buloh) -> 12KM DASH Panchala
Total distance : 13KM + 12KM = 25KM >> 2 DASH TOLL + 1 Guthrie Toll

Opt 3 : EG -> ~5KM Elmina Roundabout near EV3 -> 4.5KM DENAI ALAM TOLL -> 16KM DASH Panchala
Total distance: 5  + 4.5  + 16  = 25.5KM  >> 2 DASH TOLL

Existing Route: EG -> SG Buloh (Jalan Kuala Selangor) ->  (LDP) Damansara Perdana Total 22KM (30 minutes non-peak hours) >> 1 LDP TOLL

To be honest my main worries is the 5km stretch between EV and EG.

If there is no development in-between, then we will be driving trough an empty/dark road.

The estimated dateline;
Phase EG1a: year end 2019
Phase EG1b: mid of 2020
Phase EG1c: end of 2020

Hopefully once EG1c is completed, people will start moving in.

I somehow believe that most who bought EG is for own-stay.

Honestly, I'm not sure which one is the correct one. But this is the 2 board displayed at Elmina Showroom.
