According to Elmina SA , the EV first commercial phase is already fully sold out. while EG commercial have to wait for more EG resident phase completion.
Connecting road will be completed by SimeDarby to connect EG to Elmina centre roundabout earlier of 2019.
From Elmina, two DASH interchange can be accessed at DENAI ALAM TOLL or Kampung Melayu Subang Interchange .
3 options to Damansara through DASH :
Opt 1 : EG -> ~5KM Elmina Roundabout near EV3 -> 4.7KM (G.MAP) Kampung Melayu Subang DASH interchange(Toyota centre at Jln Sg. Buloh) -> 12 KM DASH Panchala
Total distance : 5KM + 5KM + 12KM = 22KM >> 2 DASH TOLL
Opt 2 : EG -> Guthrie 13KM to Kampung Melayu Subang DASH interchange (Toyota centre at Jln Sg. Buloh) -> 12KM DASH Panchala
Total distance : 13KM + 12KM = 25KM >> 2 DASH TOLL + 1 Guthrie Toll
Opt 3 : EG -> ~5KM Elmina Roundabout near EV3 -> 4.5KM DENAI ALAM TOLL -> 16KM DASH Panchala
Total distance: 5 + 4.5 + 16 = 25.5KM >> 2 DASH TOLL
Existing Route: EG -> SG Buloh (Jalan Kuala Selangor) -> (LDP) Damansara Perdana Total 22KM (30 minutes non-peak hours) >> 1 LDP TOLL
To be honest my main worries is the 5km stretch between EV and EG.
If there is no development in-between, then we will be driving trough an empty/dark road.
The estimated dateline;
Phase EG1a: year end 2019
Phase EG1b: mid of 2020
Phase EG1c: end of 2020
Hopefully once EG1c is completed, people will start moving in.
I somehow believe that most who bought EG is for own-stay.
