I tink the H1 plot is small and nearer (compared to Ferrra J1) some.proposed high rise? Anyway me noticed Elmina Valley4 houses being built lower than road esp viewed fromElmina Denai Alam entrance ..and some of them are quite close to future main roads?

Why EG4 in Elmina West? Most dvlopers still refused to bring down 2x landed to Rm500k or even less coz they knew demand more than supply...still trying sellimg Rm800k for far far places and small land area...noticed how some dvloper like PlasticSing can suddenly launch flats at half the price of the pojeks they sold few years ago
