Complex carbohydrate ( brown rice, sweet potato, quinoa ), good fat ( avocado ) good protein (eggs, beans, skinless chicken breast ), fruits (any!) , yoghurt, red dates, lemons.

Yes, lemons. Drink one cup of lemon juice each day to speed up your metabolism. Dont drink it on an empty stomach tho...

Basically, cut down on fried, oily stuff, red meat, simple carbs ( white rice ) ,sugary stuff.....

Because it makes your blood sugar go hiiiiiigggghhhh and you will be hungry again faster than consuming complex carbs, where you will eat less, and feel full longer.

Yes, red meat = lamb, beef, pork.

But I love lamb... I do eat red meat from time to time. doh.gif Just don't overdo it I guess wub.gif

Oat+milk+honey+fruits it's enough to keep your tummy full

it's my diet routine at night

and the result that I get is I can see my belly not bloating in the morning smile.gif

but I breakfast and lunch like normal people would eat

and I never gain weight, but loose weight slowly without any stress lol

I do eat outside. When eating outside i only choose vegetables and eggs, sometimes abit of meat. Why abit? Because of all the oil they used to cook them @@ maybe thats just me tho

For lunch pack, maybe you can pre- boil soup the day before you go to work and cook brown rice in the early morning. For snacks maybe some nuts or fruits. smile.gif

my diet meal for weekdays: biggrin.gif

Breakfast- cereal OR overnight oat (with all kind of low fat/zero fat dairy products)
Lunch- Home-packed lunch, I hardly eat out. ( Usually I had brown rice/red rice with poached veggies/egg, or pan grilled chicken breast/salmon)
Dinner- Low fat milk with fruits OR glass noodles/vermicelli noodles soup

but of course I will have cheat meals too once a week esp during weekend tongue.gif

I really admire everyone's discipline here in eating clean. It's so hard for me to do so. I love my meat so much and I generally want to go out for lunch with my colleagues. For now I am trying to do the oats +honey + milk + fruits thing for dinner when I am usually at home. Hopefully I can keep at it.

3 to 4 tbsp rolled oat (or old fashioned oat) + 1 tbsp chiaseeds + low fat milk/low fat flavoured yogurt drinks, let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Gastric? hmm.gif Try use this alternately instead of everyday. Avoid sour fruits for topping and you can use instant oats instead of rolled oat for better digestion. Hope this help biggrin.gif
