The KLIA/KLIA2 ride got any capped number of users mah? Last time the Mitsui Park ride got capped number of users.

Hey guys, I used the RM60 promo code above and I want to go to KLIA2 but the rate still shows RM80. Seems like there is no deduction made.

p/s: I want to make a reservation for a pickup to arrive there for my 8.20 am flight on 26 Feb 2016.

The flat rate of RM75 ride to KLIA or KLIA2 is for uberX rates only. For information on pricing, available vehicle options, and fare quotes, you’ll want to visit your city page at uber.com/cities.

We work hard to make sure that drivers are always available on the system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I suggest checking the app a little bit in advance of when you're ready to be picked up. The app will show you approximately how far away the closest driver is, and then you can request the car so that it arrives to fit your needs.

I think this is a isolated case.

Still on my above issue, Uber availability at 4am to KLIA2.

I contacted the KL Uber support team and they said that I should be able to get a ride as Uber works 24/7. That's their only guaranteed for me.

Is there a way for me to make sure that I will get an Uber at 4am (at Taman Melati KL) to KLIA2 for my 8.20am departure?

they only say should, they didn't fully guarantee that there are drivers on that time as uber drivers are in charge on their own working time. if there's a driver on 4am then you're lucky.
im sorry but i cannot guarantee you'll get a driver on that time.
this is my own personal experience as a driver.
