I was just wondering, if any of you who bought the 25th anniversary version of the YF-19 received one with a green visor as opposed to the translucent visor shown in the ads.. like in :





And boy, this one's a b**** to transform into battroid mode.. first time transforming it gave me goosebumps trying to disconnect the cockpit, thinking I might break it. lol

*FACEPALMS* That's my next contemplation.. but it looks perfectly original, no loose joints, broken areas, unappropriate proportions(?).. except for the visor (not that it's THAT bad a thing). Any idea how I could check the validity without having to perform an extensive torture session on the vendor? XD

Guess I'd only know how an ori one would be like when I've received my stuff from william .

Rofl, I admire your patience.. I would've attempted to transform every one of the Mac. toys I had in my hands within the next 24 hours XD.... (albeit not having the free time to do it)

Ah, he used it when he decided to head off to Earth to contest the V-9 Ghost and uh, not sure if it was one of his objectives at first to reclaim Myung Fang Lone (Might've been his main purpose lol). Would've been near the ending of the 3rd Episode of the OVA .

Speaking of YF-19s and Fold Boosters... Does anyone know where I could get the movie version of Macross Plus? As terrible as the subtitles which I shall have to endure, the extra footage would be awesome

Well, it's basically the same storyline with Macross Plus; I can't exactly find pictures of the extra footages, but if ya watch this tube video here ....

That's good to know that mine's not some freak production or a bootleg ( then again, that has yet to be determined). But honestly, I'd prefer the translucent visor as it kinda blends in better :/.

@evanrue ; Personally, I'd go with Ivanov's color scheme and emblem if I had to make a choice between the two. But Nora's SV-51 is the only VF to be piloted by a female produced by Yamato/Bandai

Kinokuniya needs to open more chains IMO. It's sickening to have to drive to the heart of the city and be buggered by crazy traffic just to get my monthly newtype along with other goodies.

Just wanna reconfirm here...are the 1/60 VF-1 are larger than the 1/48 VF-1?

I'm under the same impression of Yamato Macross toys as you are evanrue ... I doubt I'll be giving Bandai business for it's Macross toys .
