I only managed to watch it last night, and I was resisting to come in here until i watch it, knowing there's lots of moron out there can easily spoil the movie for me in here by revealing the major spoiler
for me it's not as bad as those claim to be, and of course, among all Terminator movies, T2 is still the best, followed by T1, only then TS, and I believe everyone will agreed that T3 is the worst. TS basically is about filling the gaps of things mentioned in the past Terminator movies, eg: how JC become the true leader of the resistance, how Kyle met up with JC, and some back stories about Skynet and etc... About the time travel thingy and when is the actual J-Day... i dun care just borrow a famous line from Lost about time travel: Whatever Happened, Happened. You cannot change the future or the past, whatever happened in the future, still happened, maybe under a different circumstances, under a different time, but it will still happened. J-Day is inevitable, so does the birth of JC, death of Kyle Reese, creation of Skynet and so on. btw, in TS, when they first show T-800, I got the urge of standing up and scream "Arnie!!!!" but I only scream inside my heart |

i got to admit, Bale/JC has become a secondary character in TS, a keleifei
and nothing memorable or anything charismatic about him in this movie Marcus and Kyle actually has become the main characters, Sam Worthington actually has more screen time than Bale too bad no more Marcus in the future installments and I hope they can have more scenes and stories involving JC in the future installments. |

Sauce tomato kicap chili:
QUOTE(http://www.deadline.com/2013/06/paramount-sets-terminator-relaunch-for-june-26-2015/#more-531446) Paramount has confirmed the long in the works deal to cofinance and distribute the reboot of James Cameron’s Terminator franchise creation. Highbrow picture maker Megan Ellison spent over $20 million for the rights in 2011, and the project didn’t go very far. Things finally started percolating when Megan Ellison and her Annapurna Pictures joined forces with brother David Ellison, whose Skydance Productions has a deal with Paramount and makes popcorn movies. Avatar’s Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier have been working on the script for months. Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as the title character and the hope is to get at least two movies done before North American copyright reverts back to Cameron, who might want a fortune or might want to retire the franchise. Here’s the announcement: Arnie coming back as THE Terminator?????Skydance Productions, Annapurna Pictures and Paramount Pictures have jointly announced they will partner on a rebooted “TERMINATOR” movie, to be released by Paramount Pictures on June 26, 2015. The first in a stand-alone trilogy, “TERMINATOR” will be produced by Megan Ellison of Annapurna and David Ellison of Skydance. Dana Goldberg and Paul Schwake of Skydance will serve as executive producers. Laeta Kalorgridis (“Avatar,” “Shutter Island”) and Patrick Lussier (“Drive Angry”) are attached to write the screenplay. Launched in 1984 with star Arnold Schwarzenegger as the title character, “TERMINATOR” spanned 3 subsequent films, which have earned over $1 billion at the worldwide box office. David Ellison most recently executive produced, along with his partners at Paramount, “World War Z,” “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” and “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”. A 5th installment of in the “Mission: Impossible” franchise is in active development, along with a 3rd film in the “G.I. Joe” franchise, among other films. Megan Ellison most recently produced the Academy Award®-nominated “Zero Dark Thirty,” “The Master” and executive produced “Spring Breakers” via her Annapurna Pictures banner and has David O. Russell’s “American Hustle,” Spike Jonze’s “Her,” and Bennett Miller’s “Foxcatcher” set for release later this year. aren't he's too old for that role? Anyway... i don't have high hope for this, expecting the great memories of T1 & T2 butchered This post has been edited by greyshadow: Jun 28 2013, 11:03 AM |

Cool: lots of tribute scenes from T1 & T2
Meh: Still ain't convince Khaleesi as Sarah Connor raised by a robot and a korean T-1000? can he surpass Robert Patrick's T-1000? I doubt so I'll bet they cast him because it required minimal script and no need any facial expression and also to appeal to Asian market, since K is the rage now This post has been edited by greyshadow: Dec 5 2014, 10:31 AM |

Terminator 2019 Linda Hamilton return as Sarah O'Connor! She looks bad ass... good riddance of the dragon queen So is it a continuation from Genisys? or direct sequel from T2? I really hope it's the latter But with Arnie + Linda the old partner coming in, hopefully they can salvage the franchise, or at least let it go out with a bang. Deadpool director Tim Miller is directing, so that's another good sign, just hope it doesn't has a crappy plot like the previous few installments |

QUOTE(defaultname365 @ Aug 2 2018, 12:15 PM) http://collider.com/terminator-6-cast-image/ That's good news indeed The Terminator (1984) Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) Terminator 6 (untitled) (2019) That's it. Ignoring the other film timelines + bringing back Linda Hamilton = great decisions thus far. Can't wait! Nov 2019 is a long way still... |

QUOTE(defaultname365 @ May 23 2019, 10:36 PM) I'm pretty excited for this 2 new types of Terminator, the good one seems to be a hybrid and the updated version of T-1000 and there's Arnie, but don't think he's the ori T-800, but the real blood & flesh original guy that the T-800 was based on |

T3, Salvation, Genisys all didn't happened. PERIOD
Wipe those memories from your brain and go watch Dark Fate, and you'll be entertained! after saying goodbye to Stallone's John Rambo just few weeks ago, now it's time to say goodbye to Arnie's Terminator Just like Last Blood, this one also wrap up nicely, with a lot of callbacks from the previous movies, but bigger, badder & louder a good solid 4.5/5 for me |
