The story is basic good vs evil. Not much can be said there. But the best thing about the game is the battle system.





Tl;dr

The battle system work like this : Characters takes turn following a timer, and the player and enemies can take turn simultaneously. When your turn to act is up, you can choose to do

1 combo attack(multi-hit, weaker, the standard attack)
2 critical(cancel enemy turn, hit once, 1.5 damage of a combo attack)
3 special (use special bar, skill varies including instant cancel attack, can't be dodged)
4 magic (varies, can't be dodged)
5 defend(you can almost immidiately act after defending, compared to doing another action, so it's a free turn)
6 evade (move away from your location on battlefield to get out of enemy range)
7 item (can change equipment in battle)
8 run away


Cancel : when character icon reach the COM bar, whatever action that they going to execute will take some time to reach ACT bar, which is when the action is taken. So before the enemy can do anything the want, you can stop them and push back their icon way behind COM bar. So if enemy is charging for nasty attack can be stopped if choose to do so. Cancel works for everything in this game, enemy, boss, last boss and player too.

Counter : when enemy is moving in to attack you, if you turn come before they get to hit you, you can choose to attack and hit them for higher damager(1.2 or maybe 1.5)

Range : everyone had movement range in the game, it's dynamic, but when you are moving from point A
to B, and interrupted by obstacles along the way, you most likely won't reach them. This is another key to survive the battle, get in the way on moving enemies that is not targeting you.

Unlikely tho, that game doesn't even have english translation, the only people buying that game are Chinese reader or card trader like me, and those PRC user are pretty generous with their wallet so far from experience.
