Hmmm... just went to L2M PPL and was told i couldnt use the room for napping. Just lounge and shower facilities only.

The website I checked thru, stating it opens 0400-0000, not 24 hours?

thanks. Wellness spa offer various kind of services such as neck massage, foot massage, even got hair wash service also. Is card holder with free access entitled for all these services ?

yes, KLIA PPL is far better than the 1 in KLIA2

Reason PPL at KLIA is much better is because they have tied up with many International Airlines.

So, far the best airport lounge I have been to, complimentary from my credit card(s) is Skyview Lounge at Changi T1. Their food selection is pretty good and they offer FREE spirits including JW Black Label, red wines and champagne too.

Means that I can go in with my Aeon Big Gold card at 2am right

apply AEON Credit Card (jusco version), and AEON BIG credit card (carrefour version)
each give you 6 visits to PPL, total you will have 12.
then apply mbb visa signature, get another 5 visit.

total 17 enough?

last year i forget to swipe 12x, call to beg for waiver lo managed to get.

I'm actually wondering... how do u ppl keep track of ur number of swipes over a year? 
like in cases say someone own multiple cards for other benefits (PPL?) yet rarely use, just need to swipe to fulfill the requirements each year
do u record down every usage or refer to statement one by one

last week first time tried to access ppl at klia2 after 4 yrs of holding UOB preferred platinum card.
Surprisingly they don't check past transaction for the my card as I remember there is t&c as below to access. 

"All you need to do is spend a minimum of RM500 per month in the past 3 months (for existing Cardmembers) or swipe a minimum RM500 within 60 days of card approval date for first time complimentary access (for new Cardmembers). "

Do PPL allow cardholder family members to go in together for free?
or only cardholder?

I called Citi Bank and was told that Citi Platinum master allowed KLIA lounge for card holder only. Guest brought along has to pay RM90. Is this true?

I got citibank platinum VISA card but never enter once at PPL because every time not travel alone. Really wasted the privilege after holding the card for so many years
