Just now that my port in is successful, no SMS notification in old SIM card.
By the way, Digi gives 1.01 credit for Prepaid port in.

QUOTE(sammyvellu @ Jul 5 2009, 11:16 PM) Not sure if any of you guys are aware, but DiGi's Billing system was screwed up since the beginning of the year. wow, is that real? Digi bill cycle are 8th ??? is it the other two was 16th 24th so, June Bill practically not yet out?If you had not noticed, they have charges backdated since Jan 2009 to May 2009 for the June Bill. I got info that their BCCS System had reached capacity threshold and overloaded. So if you have this issue and they refuse to waive, just MNP to another operator. The process of MNP is online for Celcom and its really fast. I really no *** DiGi oledi as they have no sense of customer warmth ever since the new CEO Johan Denalind stepped in 1 year back |

QUOTE(powerwoot @ Jun 29 2020, 09:31 AM) Digi is trying to retent me by denying my port out to celcom. The reason given, I am not replying to sms confirmation which I replied earlier on. Got a call from the CS asking me why want to port out after many years with them, I told them nicely about their network performance and she offered me to reset the connection from their side and I denied that as I still wanted to switch out. Lastly, this morning received sms saying that my request rejected kononnya not replying the confirmation. Digi is like that one, first time always reject port out. Got people will call to retain, I said I want to port out. Then later night reject says I didn't reply SMS, I did reply the SMS within the timingThen need to call back again, then Digi will said their system issue, they will set to allow, then second time okay to port out, but second SMS need to reply within 1 hour validity ... |

QUOTE(cheesyman @ Mar 14 2022, 05:16 PM) Yes, need to stay with existing telco for 30 days before you can port out again. No need stay 30 days. You can port out from U Mobile in less than 30 days. If they block, tell them MCMC don't have such rule any more.Next time you can buy a prepaid card to test coverage first as opposed to porting in and out. |

Going to dealer and center Maxis agent still says need to go Postpaid first. Aiya. Hopefully delivery is not delayed to Miri for thr sim. Reject itjust request Hotlink port in from Hotlink website, free, but need to remember reload as once port in successful, Hotlink automatic activate CMA trial, and very short active period, like 3 days ? |
