Some operator will boost if they got new customer from MNP, Celcom stays in business because no one covers more than them, their focus is different now, 2 or 3 MVNO powered by Celcom, no funny business,
Digi? Depends, I am using, I don't like it, but its prepaid ok la, in term of affordable

they want people to think Happy is an MVNO?
but the fact it is not, but it is run by separate "team" in Digi?

if not mistaken, MVNO need license right?

Apparently my port out is success, but D did not terminate my SIM, so I can not call to my own number if I use new SIM, aww, SLA 24 hours

Port to DiGi isn't better, my experience porting to D, so far, so not good yet

however, worth to add, DiGi is the almost the affordable plan for me, port got Super Long Life wor, just want to keep the number there for a while, even I not using

may be, because I ported in "too early", they said, I can not "re-port" yet as I am still "active", ended up, I got three useless SIM,

I chased D, 24 hours ++ later when I got ported out successfully , to terminate my line, then, now I with new telco, when back to the Dealer there, (side of service centre), asking him to resubmit, he said he will,

Next day, I notice that I do not have any SMS notification, even up I go buy a DiGi starter pack just to call Helpline for free, and D did not receive any porting of my number, lolz

Now, the lesson is that if you want to re-port in back, please do it slowly
