I met with this situation too.
This is the BEST SOLUTION!
Don't need to submit your form again, chances that the same thing happens is high.
Just go to this site, create a new complain with DETAIL and GENUINE INFORMATION, remember to include your contact number.
http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/
Within 1 working day, Celcom's supervisor from KL HQ will call you and apologize and arrange everything for you.
Because those officer from MCMC demand an explaination from them.
Within 24 hours, porting will be successful.
I tried this before.

wow. really?
that's great!
i already heard about this, but didn't expect it would happen within 24 hrs. very convincing!
the thing is, i've just port my maxis to upax earlier this day.
but still didn't receive any sms or whatsoever.  hmm.gif
so can i just use ur solution, becoz its only day one today.
i just can't wait, and i believe, it will not happen smoothly becoz i heard problems always happen.
wats ur opinion? should i wait another 6 days doin nothing,
or just do the complain. whistling.gif

Just wait max 5 business days. smile.gif
Because MNP law state that MNP must complete within 3 to 5 working days.
So after 5 working days, you can proceeds to this website and complain.

One of the best dept in Malaysia nowadays... tongue.gif
Their officer work quite efficiently, they actually call Celcom's HQ to investigate, that's why Celcom so worry, then will call you to apologize.

Apparently my port out is success, but D did not terminate my SIM, so I can not call to my own number if I use new SIM, aww, SLA 24 hours
*
I have the same experience too.
But the sim will be terminated soon.
But try putting 2 sim card in 2 hp and try make a call from another phone.
The phone that will ring is the phone with your new sim card.
But you still can make call using old sim card. tongue.gif

I'm using DIGI prepaid now. Can I port to Celcom S.O.X(prepaid) without changing my number? Is there any difference btwn Celcom S.O.X and Celcom U.O.X besides the age limit?
*
No different actually.
Even you subscribe to SOX, you receive SAME benefit as UOX and validity until you're 26, NOT 18!

er.. conflicts? what do u mean hmm.gif
*
But now the only way to do if you found out that after 1 month using UOX, the validity still remains the same is go Celcom branch and do verification.
Both 1111 and centre tell different story.
This often happens to those gov. operated company.
Eg. Pos Malaysia.

yes. i mean exactly like this. it happened when i apply MNP from celcom to maxis. honestly, i kinda unsatisfy with maxis. but after all, looking at the mobile showing the operator name, then only i truly settle down with my emo.
*
Why port to Maxis?
Maxis really a kiasu company...
Since you have unhappy experience with Celcom, suggest port to DiGi, sure better than the stupid Maxis.

may be, because I ported in "too early", they said, I can not "re-port" yet as I am still "active", ended up, I got three useless SIM,

I chased D, 24 hours ++ later when I got ported out successfully  , to terminate my line, then, now I with new telco, when back to the Dealer there, (side of service centre), asking him to resubmit, he said he will,

Next day, I notice that I do not have any SMS notification, even up I go buy a DiGi starter pack just to call Helpline for free, and D did not receive any porting of my number, lolz

Now, the lesson is that if you want to re-port in back, please do it slowly
*
So actually you plan to port to UOX from Celcom? tongue.gif
Celcom-DiGi-UOX? smile.gif

Back to question on MNP.. smile.gif
Why a supplementary line can't port to other telco individually?
(Means main line must port out together with supplementary line)
I taught is if main line want to port to other telco, then supplementary line must port but now the situation is i can't port the supplementary line alone.
Can anyone clarify this?
