Me too ... I don't care whether it is to Celcom or Digi but so long everyone is running away from Maxis then I'm happy!
I've had enough putting up with bad service from Maxis.

QUOTE(tslim2531 @ Oct 17 2008, 02:56 PM) I think is more or less same as proper top-up validity days. 1 more thing to ask : My dad is using Celcom 50 Plan now. I read from DIGI website that "Your line will be automatically terminated by your current service provider after it has been successfully transferred to DiGi. Please ensure that your line remains active before submitting your request to switch to DiGi." I wan to switch my whole family to DIGI, now my mum still using HOTLINK while my Dad using CELCOM POSTPAID. So, will my dad still charged for tat particular month even though he didnt use up that much before the switching? Your dad will still be charged but on a prorated basis. Means he would not be charged for the entire month and will be charged based on the date that he terminates it. Example : If his billing cycle is every 15th of the month and he terminates it on the 20th. Then he'll be charged for 5 days. Don't worry just make sure you don't have any outstanding bills with Celcom coz the next bill only come after the 15th next month (based on the example above) and do pay the last bill or you gonna get blacklisted by the telco. It is the same practice for all telco just in case anyone goes into telco preferences/bashing for the above.

Saw this advert on TV .... Harith Iskandar showing on his T-shirt "012 is now Celcom". Now that's hilarious!
I'm beginning to believe that the telco war has just begun.

Anyone noticed ? Maxis is probably the only provider who's not responding to attract subscribers. Digi, Celcom and even U Mobile are doing something but not Maxis.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(azfy @ Oct 28 2008, 07:04 PM) Hi, I'm using Maxis for a long time (5 to 6 years) already.. but now i'm realy not satisfied with Maxis signal.. Certain place the Maxis signal very weak.. for example at my new office.. so I plan to switch to U-Mobile.. coz call rate for U the lowest now for postpaid.. per second rate.. and U have Local Roaming with Celcom.. My question is.. if I switch to U-mobile.. after that.. if let say 1 month I not satisfied with U.. can I just switch back to Maxis.. or others telco.. is there any period that protect the telco to not allow us to simply switch..???? Thanks for the help.. No minimum period stated. Just switch over as often as you like so long you make sure you pay all your dues.
