Good lah Maxis losing all their customers. All these years I've been putting up with their bad service and I would have ran away if not I like my Maxis number. Don't care whether Maxis customers goto Celcom or Digi but so long they get out of Maxis ... I'm in full support for those who did so.

Emm ... my Maxis port out is still pending ... Day 5 already ... sigh.
*
if it takes that long, your application should be rejected already, check with the customer service telco that you ported with.........more than 2 days you should know it is rejected edi, if the reason is not logic, please complaint online to MCMC........

QUOTE(eddievh @ Sep 21 2008, 05:53 PM)
Bloody Maxis mnp already started until now for prepaid they still don't want to give free call for it customer careline. Still need to call the money sucking number 1300820120

sweat.gifsweat.gif after porting over to DiGi...i wondering will maxi$ return the Rm300 deposit to me? if not...how ah?? what can I do??
*
since you have no contract they should return you the deposit but expected to wait 3 to 6 months......maxis normallah, when you owe them must pay immediate, when they owe you they will take their sweet time to refund you...smile.gif

If maxis do not refund you make sure to keep your bill and make online complaint to MCMC, they will sure call up maxis to immediately refund you....smile.gif

To all current user, you have option to transfer your deposit to offset your bill, do it now b4 too late...smile.gif

Its possible that your account details are not accurate, eg. old ic number and new ic number used creating a mismatch between the 2 telcos info
*
not using old ic, now new ic aplly only.

Maxis like that 1, i'm not suprise.

complaint only to MCMC.

To be honest, this thread is beginning to sound like a DiGi Fan club instead of MNP discussion.

It's hard to determine the churn rate (the rate where people port to which operator and so on) because there is no official report about it yet so far. Who's to say which operator is gaining, or losing customers? It's a bit unfair to say that Maxis is sinking just because you and your uncle and grandma jumped ship from Maxis to other operators.

As a matter a fact, MNP hasn't even gone nationwide. There are a lot of factors to consider. Some operators might lack coverage in areas outside of Klang Valley, and may decide to port their number to operators which may offer coverage. And then there's the competition of better call packages, benefits, value added services, quality of the service etc etc.
*
come on lah dude, this is a forum where people talk, speculate or etc......if you want correct fact, don't come in here-just read the newspaper or see tv........

I'm referring to no one's relative in particular, no worries. When it's official, there's always a time and chance for every telco to assess their 'losses', improve, kick up the level of competition, and win the customers back. That's the main benefit of MNP.
I believe this is where we have a valid discussion, backed by facts and knowledge, instead of making blank accusations at certain party just because you don't like their advertisment/package plan.

I'm just merely pointing out that it's way too early to make conclusive statements here, like Maxis is going down and all that, just by looking at the trial period, even before MNP go nationwide.
*
why are you so sakit hati about people saying maxis going down? are you working in maxis?
they can say whatever they wanna say, right?
in the end of the day, if maxis does not go down they malulah.......

anyway do you think MCMC wil reveal to the public of the porting percentage to the public?
wait long long.....
then we should stop discussing since they are no facts?

cheers.....
