yup very true, everytime i try to use Instant Transfer it will prompt service not available for AEON.

Need use GIRO, Instant cannot use

Ya its true, the member card and Aeon CC is indeed separated that's why they still give you the normal member card. But for sake of convenience and not bring 2 cards out, they attach the member card details into our CC. Besides that both cards functions separately.

I was at Sri Lanka and was trying to charge my Aeon CC, weird thing is the hotel doesnt have the chip transaction so all it uses is the magnetic swipe to make the transaction. My Aeon rejected the charge with Invalid while other cards went through. Called their customer service and they told me dont use magnetic as it is not compatible, i questioned him why other bank CC can go through and Aeon cant? If cant then just remove the magnetic strip in your card. He just keep quiet and ignorant insisting magnetic swipe doesnt work or not stable. So guys please take note when ure overseas and being charged using magnetic swipe. I am checking out from a 4star hotel fyi.

means you wont get to use all the points in your aeon member card if expired. Your aeon credit card still can use like normal.

ya if it expires, so better make sure it is not expired to get aeon points.

Aeon member card is with my mum, i swipe using aeon gold cc for points.

wow really ? then can just snap a pic of the number and keep it for handy use as well incase forgot member card and credit card

yes, and if you want pay cash then just tell the cashier and they will give the card back to you.
