Hi want ask do insurance premium (eg prudential, great eastern) considered retail transaction for quarterly 3% cash back (watami card)?

My Watami application got rejected. I called up the sales guy (in 1-U) who collected my application and he told me existing Watami card will be terminated soon and to be offered with other AEON card.
Not sure whether it is official but this is what I was told... |
