Sorry for asking stupid question. I plan to apply watami card. But I can't understand how to pay for the card later. From the first page, it says that we choose citibank while doing IBG and then just Key in the cc number?

Tried to apply via ringgitplus. Noted no free gift. Decided to apply through individual that recommend by forumer.
