Maybe i should say that your future quarters will not be following the past quarters that you showed. If you notice, your latest quarter ends at 14 aug. That is the correction mechanism. Meaning after this, your quarter will be following the trend shown in page 1.

i experience the same thing once, not posted at unbilled and later appear at statement but at least it reduces my CL, so I called up CS to ask about it.

Now can receive the rebate on the 3rd month.

that is only for the first time for approval and statement date adjustment. after that, it should appear on every 3rd statement. like my case, it used to appear on the 4th month but recently has been adjustment to the 3rd.

cannot through phone call. still have to repeat the same application process.
