anyone got same experience? should i cancel my card? really getting frus d... don't feel the rewards are worth it, no matter how good they are, with this sort of unacceptable service.
This is a credit card... if Astro helpdesk like that still ok coz can wait for a few days to resolve no issue.. but card is totally different!

Statement date for all Aeon cards is the same, which every 10th of month, softcopy of statement will be available within 4-6 days after statement date and a SMS will be send from Aeon
Are you new to Aeon Credit Card? Unbilled transaction can be view from your internal banking, it will be posted 1-2 days after transaction
