also blame Aeon CS head too, they should review and have a say about the product before launch. 

imagine the time and effort can be saved/reduced (one could guess the amount of calls they received asking 999999999th times about their quarters) if they rejected the idea of quarters calculation based on approval date.

true also..but even thought the refund credited after 2 months later they will deduct out your rebate as well..so is the same.

Well, if the refund takes effect within your 'quarter' period, then yes, it will be excluded.

so far this is the only card that give notification message for even 3 sen charges for some preorder that i make none of my other card give reliable notification.. most of them just send message randomly when they feel like it

last year i bought at aeon, they gave on the spot. if not mistaken either 15% or 20% off. just need to swipe your aeon cc to be entitled.
this year is cb in aeon cc pulak.

its a usual process where I did every month but until now my payment on 21 August still not shown in watami transaction.

who should I call to get the status of the payment?

i swiped at 3:23pm and only received the sms at 4:11pm.
shouldn't be an issue right? as long as i swiped starting 26/8 i suppose.
