end up posman post to my house Rm30 aeon voucher? arghhhh!!!! i want cash redemption into my credit card account lo...

anyone knows how long the aeon voucher valid for?

I think AEON Quarterly Rebate is now credited on the end of the Quarter (instead of waiting 1 month previously). Kudos to them !!!

Today already 18th Dec, still haven't received email notification of estatement. Online also whenever try to view/download statement it will show error.

Is it just me or everybody else also haven't received their statement? Getting worried, very near due dates.

This is actually the first time the statement is so LATE.

previously I did sent them an email stating that i will not be making any payment and not charged with late payment fees if the statement is not generated. I then received a call from the CS telling me the amount due and the due date. when i insisted on having the statement, they emailed it in pdf but by that time, the statement has been generated too.

Total means can be spread into few transactions? I could be wrong though.

don't worry, it only happens at aeon big subang jaya. i went to many other aeon big and there is no such issues. 

if you follow my complaint posts in hlb wise thread, you will know. basically this double charge thingy happens when the first swipe of your cc showing declined/failed in their terminal. after the second time the cashier swipe your cc, you will receive 2 sms alert for your swipes, and finally got it posted when you receive your statement. one suspicious thing is that one of this double swipe will get posted in 1-2 days from your transaction date, but the other will get posted 4-5 days later. i experienced it 4 times recently. usually the swipe that declined/failed (which do not have the slip signed by you) should be dropped, but for this aeon big, they will just simply post it after 4-5 days later.

Same, i thought wanna use the watami end of march for overseas too but cancel plan...unless I get assurance from Aeon that they will honor the 3% if I managed to swipe 3k before May.

i have got my rebate RM150 on March, I think I will still spending until 5K for next quarter rebate regardless. since i have 7000+ pts left and i can be use it to redeem Rm50 voucher for 12,500pts
*btw, aeon langsung didt inform me my redemption was successful after i applied thru email...until my statement out, i realized they have accept my request...

they wont inform you whether it is successful or not..will just appear on the next statement

still remmember exact date u sent the email and the posting date for the cash rebate in statement?

AEON just cease the BENEFIT, NOT THE CARD! the card is still usable until it expire date or u cancel it!
p/s: all of above based on my understanding of notice and FAQ. u are welcome to provide your opinion.

Now that we talk about points, I realized 11 Feb I faxed in the form for rebate points to my CC, until now did not receive! How long is it supposed to be? The points also not yet deducted (as of March bill).
