I applied for aeon watami through agent and I specifically told him that I only want watami. When I get call for verification, I also mentioned only watami.

But when I check the application status through hotline, it says new aeon classic visa has been approved. Nothing is said about watami. Could this be the agent tick for me extra card on my application form?

PS. I see him tick for me watami on the application form. Not other cards.

Unfortunately I don't have any black and white. Lodge complaint to aeon credit service?

i've used Maybank2u Giro transfer to Aeon credit card (using the citibank option as in page 1 of this thread). How long does it take before Aeon receives the money? I've transferred yesterday but I've yet to see the O/S amount changed at Aeon website.

Actually before I call to hotline, I went to aeon credit service centre and asked. The CS there say my account only have aeon visa, don't have watami. He says better to apply through aeon centre and ask me to fill in the form again to apply for watami, but due to some reasons, I haven't completed the form yet.

I spoke to the hotline CS yesterday and she say will help me to check. Then today I received a call from aeon hotline, they will help me to void the aeon visa and process the watami application.

if transfer to other credit card e.g. HSBC using Maybank2U Giro also so long? wow have to plan in advance when to pay then cannot on same date 

For me it's the best 'general' card.
I swipe with this card often nowadays because i am not eligible for Maybank VS or PB VS.

you can call to convert but it's 2.5% upfront interest.

I think you need to check with Public Bank instead whether they can do to a non-bank CC.

Aeon only want back the payment they really doesn't need to know where the payment comes from.

Watami card terms state for 3% cashback:

I just got my aeon gold cc for the purpose PPL assess. If let say in 1year time, I just used it for ppl assess only without swiping for transaction, they won't have the additional fees , annual fees right? If yes, I don't have the check the statement every time hahahah

Submitted and redeemed point for cash back RM50, called CS and know that cash back voucher now is out of stock, will reflected on my next statement
