Yes bigger, probably what he mean is Bangkok is easier to travel bcos most of the hotspots are efficiently connected either Skytrain or the underground MRT. (Even Chinatown, or even Khao San road although not really connected but u can take the water taxi).

In KL...Lotsa LRT stations not really well connected to main attractions...no LRT to Bt Cave, no LRT to One U/Curve, No LRT to Zoo Negara area, train to Sunway pyramid so far away from the station & etc...

All depending on jam..If highway no jam, 15Min will reach bangkok at 100km/hr  ..but since u wanted to come-out during peak-hr be prepare-lah unless u ask the taxi driver to use toll-way

i think sukhumvit and nana is ok for girls. just dont walk on the one street in nana. i forgot the name already. soi 4? or is if 5? i forgot. but thats where the redlight district is. i walk around other areas of nana and tourists all walkin around no problem.

patpong is probably a big no no at night.

its safe if you look like a tourist. just dont wear mini skirts or short shorts.

i woudl recommend watana mansion.. although it looks very normal at first but after staying it for one day it felt really good.. especially if u wanna book a taxi tour to anywhere the guy is so friendly.. and it only cost me 700 baht per night when i was there.. free breakfast summore.. they clean your room eevrryday.. nothing to complain for me.. www.staybangkok.com
