nope , farm no longer exist. Instead you get a ranch to send cats to do harvesting.

I have 1 palico to healer palico for heals and 1 assisting palico for traps

trap palico skills
-poison prison
-cheer horn
-shock trap
-pitfall trap
-shock tripper
-flash bomb

basically let my trapper palico carry all the traps

i just "finish" village quest fated four , solo jump to HR with aerial style GS.

i just unlocked village 4* urgent quest. ill be online a lot more once i finished all village quests. currently using aerial gl for solo hunt. i think aerial is the best style for gunlance solo. so mobile compared to guild style. backhops r so darn slow. the aerial style forward jumps r so much better at moving around quickly.

newbie in monster hunter got a noob question here. i learn there is cutting and impact feature in this game. does this mean if i'm a hammer user - i wont be able to cut monster part? e.g. the tail of macao?
