i planned to go osaka, kyoto this this cny
any special recommendation?

coz earlier this cny in tokyo very boring
normaly touring oni, except going to some onsen in hakone/kawaguchiko

autumn @hokkaido start at mid sept
but u can only njoy it during mid of oct
and ya i think by mid of nov for autumn viewing in tokyo/kyoto is the best time

sept+oct might encounter typhoon (i think HK, Taiwan oso the same)

this year winter cacat...
everything early 1month
beijing and hokkaido dy snowing

wat camera u use?
coz normally camera is not compatible with winter, the fog might spoil it

the advantage for self tour,
u can save alot of $$$, especially traveling in group
and
u can hv all the time u need on one particular place which i really enjoy

eg:
selftour... u can hike Mount Kurodake all the way to the peak
compared to tours guide, they limit u to second ropeway @Kurodake Ropeway

ps: copy and paste the tour agency itinerary, win2... half effort completed

the transportation is too much hassle in hokkaido
yup, 1st choice is own transportation, then tour...
then then train
