--Dear Maxis Service,

I just received this month june 2015 bills and the bill for my SUPP line have stated with unidentified content that we never subscribe before. Details as below:

We believe we are not the one triggering the subscription. From the billing trend we can see that RM6 will be automatically charge to my supp account on every Saturday, 6:00AM. I suspected that there might be some automatic scheduler.

Appreciate your help to:
1) UNSUBSCRIBE ALL THE CONTENT AND FUTURE SUBSCRIPTION from this sender 23777
2) REFUND of few month for the current bills and if any accumulate charge happened due to negligence.
